  * As individual, group or commercial entity, you can do individuals or collective raising of funds by yourself or/and within your network of friends and family. Companies are appreciated to engage their employees or customers in fundraising are called to make a great difference and demonstrate their support of humanitarian emergencies simultaneously.

 * You may also, refer us to potential donors of your network and will be glad to be of help, and hand and hand alleviating the poor condition of the live of poor people.

RECO Updates its 2018-2022 Strategy

Resilient Communities Organization (RECO) held a two-day workshop to review its five-year strategic plan: RECO 2018-2022 in terms of; levels of achievement, challenges، lessons learned and future plan. The workshop was attended by RECO staff from all departments. During the workshop, the financial and audit report for 2018 was realized and presentation of the annual reports 2016-2018 was conducted during the workshop and the participated staff was divided into teams for each strategic sector to update the situation analyses and the priority needs to be addressed by RECO in the coming period.
 
 
During the workshop SWOT analysis was conducted and update of needs and situation analysis was done. Following two successful experiences in the field of community involvement in the governance of humanitarian assistance and partnership with the private sector, which took place during 2018, the workshop adopted the slogan of leadership of innovation in voluntarily response. Considering the level of achievement by the end of 2018, the expansion plans, the institutional capacity building that have been conducted for RECO teams and the donors’/partners' outreaches that has been done, participants decided to increase the targeted beneficiaries to be reached by the end of 2022 to one million all over Yemen instead of the half a million ceiling that was decided at the beginning of 2018 when first the strategy was launched. Updating the strategy plan has involved up to now RECO staff and representative sample of targeted communities. It will involve in the coming few weeks as well all other stockholders including partners and concerned government officials/department.
 
 
It should be noted that the number of beneficiaries reached by RECO between 2016- 2018 reached more than 63 thousand beneficiaries of men and women and girls and boys from all segments of society from the host community, displaced and returnees and marginalized groups.
